Childbirth can be an emotionally, physically and spiritually fulfilling
experience. Unfortunately, for many it can become a traumatic event due to our
medical and technological culture. In this birth preparation class we will
focus on the
normal and natural childbirth process. Childbirth is not a disease, it
is a natural physiological happening. We will look at and explore the many options
that are available today, so that each family can have information to make
informed choices to achieve their individual childbirth experience.
