The Birth Resource Centre is doing some research about who uses our Centre and what they feel about the resources and support we offer. We hope to use  the responses we receive to help us improve what we do and attract more funding so we can continue what we do and offer greater support in areas people want

As the majority of the people who come to the centre are mothers or mothers-to-be, this questionnaire has been worded to gain as much information as possible about their experiences. If you are not a mother or mother-to-be, please fill out as much of the questionnaire as is relevant to you.

• placing it in the box on the shelf in the upstairs room at the centre  
  
• posting it to Julie Dawid, The Birth Resource Centre, 18 St Peters Place, Viewforth, Edinburgh, EH3 9PH.
