    Japanese language Birth Preparation Classes
Run by Akiko Kimura, starting January 18th.  Click here for more details
    Breastfeeding Support Group
From August the breastfeeding group will only meet for the La Leche League meetings on the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. The La Leche League meetings have been very well attended but demand for the group has been low on the in-between weeks.  If you would welcome a group on non-LLL weeks please let us know as we will keep the situation under review.
    Home Birth Support Group
Our home birth support group has now got it's very own website.
Are you pregnant, or parenting a baby or toddler and feeling scared, overwhelmed, sad, irritable, despondent ....?

Sometimes the changes women experience at this time can be unexpected and/or frightening. The Birth Resource Centre now offers one to one emotional support in a comfortable, confidential setting and welcomes anyone who is experiencing distress of any kind at this time. Jenny can meet with you to explore your needs. She also offers counselling. Contact us for more information
